Of course, the chase was not an ordinary; it was thrilling more than a 20-20 match. Maya the famous tigress of Tadoba National Park of Maharashtra was the one who made this pacer hunt her in his camera.

She was just 30 meters away when Anil and Son Mayas who is his assistant sighted Maya when she was sitting behind a bush.

Anil feels lucky to have such a wild and great sight of Maya. He twitted with some of Maya’s pictures and expressed his feeling for her and all the living beings in jungle that fights to save their territory. Anil not only captures the Tigress Maya but her enthusiasm to save her home from the intruders. He mentions,
“I had a once in a lifetime sighting of Maya the tigress in #Tadoba, who was protecting her territory from another tigress. The sequence of pictures shared depicts the ferocious chase that culminated in a fight and a civilised way of asking the intruder to leave her territory.”
As per the reports in The Hindu, Anil recalled his adventure to see and grab the queen of Tadoba in his camera. He said, “The tiger is such an elusive animal. It is so aware of the surroundings and the animals close by. What awesome strength a tiger possesses. It can bring down a prey bigger in size. You won’t see a tiger with same behaviour. Maya was so different from what I have seen. I had waited long to see an animal like her.”

After a wonderful inning of cricket in his life, he is spending his time with family and running his sports institution TENVIC.
We wish his all the best.
